Shipping Times

Our products are made individually for you. Production time is typically 2–7 business days for clothing and 2–5 business days for non-clothing products.

After production, shipping times depend on the destination:

Germany: 3–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Worldwide: 10–20 business days

 

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur in exceptional cases.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. The exact costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly printed product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods at support@independentculture.store. We will review the case and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.

Returns

As our products are made individually for you, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrectly ordered sizes. Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Undeliverable Shipments

​

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. The cost of reshipping must be covered by you as the customer.
