Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the website independentculture.store between the customer and IndependentCulture.

Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with IndependentCulture.

Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order on the website and it is confirmed by the company. The confirmation is sent by email. The customer is bound to the order as soon as it has been submitted.

Description of Services

IndependentCulture offers print-on-demand services, where products such as [e.g. T-shirts, mugs, posters] are individually printed with the customer’s designs. The products are only manufactured after the order has been received and are then shipped to the customer.

Prices and Payment

All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website, such as credit card, PayPal, or other common payment services.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery of the products takes place after order confirmation and production, which usually takes [X days]. Shipping costs are displayed to the customer during the ordering process and depend on the delivery address.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. There is no right of withdrawal for products that are specially made for the customer, unless the products are defective or damaged.

Complaints and Liability

If the delivered product is defective, the customer has the right to request repair or replacement. If neither is possible, the customer may withdraw from the contract or request a price reduction. IndependentCulture is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.

The customer ensures that the uploaded designs do not infringe any third-party rights. The customer grants the company the right to use the design for the production of the product. The copyright of the design remains with the customer.

Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy, which can be viewed on the website.

Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany [or other applicable law] shall apply. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Changes to these GTC will be communicated to the customer in due time.
