Shipping & delivery times

Our products are custom-made especially for you. Production time is typically 2–7 business days for apparel and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

After production, shipping times depend on the destination:

Germany: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and delays may occur in exceptional cases.

Shipping & handling costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination address. The exact amount will be shown during checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or incorrectly printed product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@independentculture.store. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect sizes delivered

Returns & exchanges

As our products are custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrectly ordered sizes. Please make sure to carefully check our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

Undelivered shipments

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. The cost of reshipping will be covered by the customer.
